. совокупность положений (правовых установлений), предусматриваемых Таможенным Кодексом Российской Федерации, определяющих статус товаров и транспортных средств,Перемещаемых Через Таможенную Границу РФ. В соответствии с Т.р. производится перемещение товаров и транспортных средств через таможенную границу РФ, осуществляется пользование и распоряжение этими товарами и транспортными средствами. Лицо вправе в любое время выбрать любой Т.р. либо изменить его на другой, независимо от характера, количества, страны назначения или страны происхождения товара. В случае, если ТК РФ не предусмотрены положения, регулирующие отдельные вопросы применения Т.р., Правительство и Государственный Таможенный Комитет РФ в пределах своей компетенции вправе впредь до принятия соответствующих законодательных актов РФ определять особенности правового регулирования Т.р., а также устанавливать Т.р., не предусмотренные ТК РФ. В целях таможенного регулирования в РФ устанавливаются следующие виды Т.р. товаров и транспортных средств: 1) выпуск для свободного обращения; 2) реимпорт; 3) транзит; 4) таможенный склад; 5) магазин беспошлинной торговли; 6) переработка на таможенной территории; 7) переработка под таможенным контролем; 8)временный ввоз (вывоз); 9) свободная таможенная зона; 10) свободный склад; 11) переработка вне таможенной территории; 12) экспорт; 13) реэкспорт; 14) уничтожение; 15) отказ в пользу государства. .
